Job Description:
Prepare for Success - PFS is a Tele-Services company that works with Organizations in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Animal Health, Telecommunications, Consumer-Packaged Goods, and Consumer Health care. Do you want to work for a Company that you will grow with professionally? We currently have Full Time and Part Time positions for an Inside Sales Team in Healthcare and Telecommunications. Overview: The Inside Sales - Lead Generation position offers you the chance to sell and book appointments into our Client's Customer base.
  • This is an hourly position. Part-Time AM/PM to Full-Time positions are available! We are flexible to your scheduling needs if you are a serious, dedicated, professional.
  • There is a comprehensive Training period that is provided by our Client and through our Company Sales Training Program. You must be motivated to learn, and to grow as a businessperson.
  • Positions start with a 6–9-month contract, and we expect it to be extended.
  • Continuous on-the-job training occurs with Sales Executives, our clients training team, and our Sales Training Team.
  • Our hands-on Executive Management / Training team will help you grow and succeed.

Qualifications:
  • Do you have a High School degree? Some College? An Associate’s Degree? We strongly encourage you to apply.
  • A Desire to be on the job and learn the Medical Device / Telecommunications Industry, and our Clients portfolio is necessary to be successful.
  • Previous Medical Device Sales and Inside Sales experience would be ideal, but we will consider candidates with a strong Sales background.
  • Conduct Sales calls on new accounts within the U.S. and establish a strong working relationship.
  • Consistently promote the features and benefits of our client and their products through personal selling efforts and regular contact within assigned territory.
  • Ensure all sales call activity and information is documented in our CRM.
  • Willing to be trained and coached on a proven sales process.
  • Strong, reliable work ethic committed to achieving daily sales! Showing up is 99% of the job!

Job Type: Part-time to Full-time potential
  • Hourly Range: $16.00 – $22.00
